You are required to give 24 hrs notice before cancelling or rescheduling your appointments.
To book your appointments you are required to pay a 50% deposit on all bookings. This 50% will be taken off the full amount at your appointment. If you cancel your appointment or do not show to your appointment this 50% will not be refunded.
For healthy, well-maintained nails, we recommend you get a manicure every 3-4 weeks and making sure that between these appointments you are applying cuticle oil daily to keep your nails healthy,

We would recommend that if you want to maintain the look of full lashes to get them infilled every 2-3 weeks. Proper care such as avoiding rubbing, picking at the lash and using oil free makeup can extend the life of your lash extensions. Everyones lash growth cycles are different so some lashes may require refills more frequently than others.
